Podium Presentations

• The oral presentations will be 15-minute long with 12 minutes talk, and 3 minutes for chair(wo)man introduction and Q&A. Time slots should be strictly respected. Coffee break following your session will provide additional opportunities to exchange with the audience.
  

• We ask you to upload your 12-mn presentation (in pptx, pdf or pre-recorded mp4 videofile) on the following secured drive, for it to be available in case of technical problems: https://mycore.core-cloud.net/index.php/s/qxapAotiBejI9qY . Deadline for uploading your presentation is November 30th 2020
   
• Note that you can also upload additional material associated with your paper directly on the ICVBP2020 webplatform, such as your presentation, audio, picture, video, or retrieve a document available from the URL or embed html code (e.g. video deposited on another platform, ...). These supplementary material will be available to everyone on the website when clicking on your paper. To do so, you have to login to the conference website https://icvpb2020.sciencesconf.org and to click on "My Submissions" to access your paper and modify your submission in adding Supplementary data. Deadline for adding supplementary material  to your paper on the website is November 25th 2020.

Poster Presentations

•  All poster presenters are kindly requested to prepare :
  • one poster in pdf format (format at your choice, for instance one page A0 or several slides). All posters will be collected prior to the conference so that all registered participant could have an on-line access to them during all the event. 
  • one slide (pptx or pdf) to focus attention on the topic of your poster. This slide will be presented in live as a flash talk (1 min MAX, one slide ONLY) during the plenary poster session on Friday, 4^th December at 3:00 p.m. (Paris time zone). The author should focus only on the main aim of the research and mention the key findings. The purpose of the flash talk is to stimulate the audience to view the poster, and to discuss the research with the author during the 8 parallel multi-sessions scheduled on Friday, 4^th December planned from 3:30 p.m to 4:30 p.m. The 8 multi-sessions will be thematic sessions. Coffee break following your session will provide additional opportunities to exchange with the audience.

• We ask you to upload your flash slide (pptx of pdf)  on the following secured drive, for it to be available in case of technical problems: https://mycore.core-cloud.net/index.php/s/qxapAotiBejI9qY . Deadline for uploading your documents is November 25th 2020.
   
• We ask you to upload your poster (in pdf) and your optional 3-mn presentation (in pptx, pdf or pre-recorded mp4 videofile) and any additional material that you wish on the conference website https://icvpb2020.sciencesconf.org These files and video will be available to everyone on the website when clicking on your paper. To do so, you have to login to the conference website https://icvpb2020.sciencesconf.org and to click on "My Submissions" to access your paper and modify your submission in adding Supplementary data. Deadline for adding supplementary material  to your paper on the website is November 25th 2020.
